I've never done this before, but I was so impressed 
by your speed, courtesy and consideration that I just 
had to say thanks. The tags arrived just in time for 
my friend's birthday, and he absolutely loved them. 

He kept looking at them every ten minutes :) 
If it hadn't been for your quick turnaround time,
especially on an international order -- they might not
have arrived until the next week, so thanks again.
