Let's face it when there is volume, there is that occasional mistake. We process hundreds of orders weekly, once in awhile a typo is made on a tag or a silencer or chain may be left out of the package.
If this should happen to your order, simply reply to your Order Confirmation Email indicating what the situation is. We will send
out the corrected tags or missing items the next day without fail. You may also send a regular email along with your order number.
ALSO
If your tags are dated, we will send out the corrected items via Fed-X overnight to make sure your order is as it should be before your deadline.
i.e. Birthday present needed by a certain date.
