I am 16 and I can not afford proper identification and I need it to alert people who may need to assisst me as i live on the streets or in shelters. Include the dogs name, the owner's name and telephone number, veterinary's telephone number, health information, including allergies, etc. and any other valuable information. Put them to use them as "DOG TAGS"!
